Acceptable Use Policy

1. Lawful use

You agree to use SiteTimePro only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms, this policy and applicable law. You are responsible for your conduct and any content you upload or share through the service.

2. Respectful behaviour

You agree to treat other users, our team and our service providers with respect. You must not harass, threaten, intimidate or discriminate against anyone through or in connection with SiteTimePro.

3. Prohibited content

You must not upload, share or store any of the following through SiteTimePro:

• Content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
• Content that infringes the intellectual property or confidentiality rights of others.
• Personal information collected without the right to use or store it.
• Malicious code, viruses or anything designed to harm or exploit systems or people.

4. Illegal activity

You must not use SiteTimePro to facilitate any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or the supply of goods or services that are prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.

5. Spam

You must not use SiteTimePro to send unsolicited communications, spam, or bulk messaging, or to send emails to clients who have not agreed to receive them where required by law (such as spam and marketing laws).

6. Malware

You must not introduce malware, viruses, trojans, worms or any other malicious code, or use the service to host or distribute harmful software.

7. Attempts to compromise security

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to SiteTimePro, its systems or other users' data. This includes probing, scanning or testing for vulnerabilities, attempting to bypass security or access controls, or trying to access data you have not been invited to (such as other people's jobs).

8. Automated abuse

You must not use bots, scrapers, scripts or automated tools to access SiteTimePro in a way that imposes an unreasonable load, interferes with the service, or collects data other than through features intended for that purpose. Rate limits and anti-abuse measures may apply.

9. Uploading copyrighted content without permission

You must not upload content that infringes someone else's copyright or other intellectual property rights. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right (or a licence) to upload and store any documents, plans, images or other content in SiteTimePro.

10. Consequences of misuse

If you breach this policy, we may take action including removing content, limiting or suspending access, or terminating your account. We may also take action required by law or to protect the service and other users. See our Terms & Conditions for suspension and termination.

If you become aware of misuse, unsafe content or a security issue, please report it via the Contact page so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
